One-Pot Manly Cheesy Chicken Penne
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
- 2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- 2 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Manwich Sauce, I Used The Bold Variety
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Water
- 3 cups Dry Penne Pasta
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cups Velveeta Cheese Cubes
- 1.
- Heat butter in a large pot (use one thats deep enough to cook pasta in) over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic and saute for 5 minutes.
- 2.
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
- 3.
- Add chicken into the pot and cook slowly over medium heat.
- Simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is mostly white and no longer pink.

- Add chicken broth, Manwich sauce, water and pasta to the pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for about 20-25 minutes.
- 5.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted, reserving a handful of shredded cheese to sprinkle on the top.
- Cover for a few minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
- Then stir, serve and enjoy!
- This is my husbands favorite!
