Chicken Stove Top Recipe
- 2 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pcs
- 1 can celery or possibly chicken soup
- 1 soup can of lowfat milk
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 box cornbread Stovetop stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth or possibly bouillon
- Whole cooked chicken has more flavor.
- Mix soup with lowfat milk; add in butter.
- Spread the chicken over the casserole dish first and then the soup mix.
- Mix the chicken broth with the Stovetop stuffing mix and put on top of the chicken.
- Cook about 40 min at 350 degrees.
