Roast Pork Tenderloin with Mustard

  1. Blend teriyaki baste and glaze, sherry and mustard; set aside.
  2. Place tenderloins on rack in shallow roasting pan; brush thoroughly with baste and glaze mixture.
  3. Bake at 350F (180C).
  4. 1 hour.
  5. Turn tenderloins over and brush with remaining baste and glaze mixture every 20 minutes.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
