Spinach, Shrimp and Artichoke Dip
- 1 lb baby shrimp
- 1 lb artichoke, chopped
- 1 lb spinach, chopped
- 12 cup butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces romano cheese
- 4 ounces swiss cheese
- 4 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese
- 8 ounces saltine crackers or 8 ounces Cheez-It crackers
- Combine ingredients.
- Top with cracker crumbs.
- Bake until lightly golden brown.
