Bacon & Asparagus Burrito
- 1 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 red pepper, finely chopped
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 4 fresh asparagus spears, steamed
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon Bits
- Cook egg product in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until set, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in peppers.
- Spoon down centers of tortillas; top with asparagus, cheese and bacon bits.
- Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.
