Ice Cream Alternative
- 13 cup fage 0% fat free Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (melted in micro for 18 seconds)
- 0.5 (1 g) packet Splenda sugar substitute (1/2 teaspoon) or 0.5 (1 g) packet Sweet 'n Low (1/2 teaspoon)
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free raspberry preserves or 1 tablespoon torani sugar-free chocolate syrup
- Mix and freeze for 2 hours.
- Enjoy.
