Easy Homemade Vietnamese Pho Beef Noodle Soup
- 200 grams Sliced Ribeye Beef
- 1 tbsp Instant Paste Pho Beef Soup (heaping tablespoon)
- 1/2 slice Red Onion (or Green Onions)
- 1/2 slice Lime
- 2 cup Silver Chinese Bean Sprouts
- 2 packages Beef Bouillon Mix (2 cubes)
- 1 stalk Thai Basil Leaf
- 1 packages Vermicelli Noodles
- 1 bunch Chopped Cilantro
- Boil 2 litres of water and add Instant Paste Pho Beef Noodle and cubes of Bouillon.
- In another pot of boiling water, cook the Vermicelli Noodles (according to package instructions).
- While stock is boiling, slice a Red Onion and mince the Cilantro.
- In a bowl, add cooked Vermicelli Noodle, Red Onion, Cilantro and sliced Ribeye (raw).
- The broth will cook the beef to a medium rare consistency.
- Serve alongside Fresh Silver Bean Sprouts, Thai Basil, and Lime wedges
