Easy Homemade Vietnamese Pho Beef Noodle Soup

  1. Boil 2 litres of water and add Instant Paste Pho Beef Noodle and cubes of Bouillon.
  2. In another pot of boiling water, cook the Vermicelli Noodles (according to package instructions).
  3. While stock is boiling, slice a Red Onion and mince the Cilantro.
  4. In a bowl, add cooked Vermicelli Noodle, Red Onion, Cilantro and sliced Ribeye (raw).
  5. The broth will cook the beef to a medium rare consistency.
  6. Serve alongside Fresh Silver Bean Sprouts, Thai Basil, and Lime wedges
