Chili (Spicy Pork)

  1. In a Dutch oven, brown pork and onions until pork is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Stir in the garlic, peppers and celery.
  3. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
  6. Makes about 2 1/2 quarts.
