Beer Barbecue Sauce - Marinade for ribs, chicken, or chops

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Place food in marinade and refrigerate overnight or let stand at room temperature for up to 2 hours.
  3. When ready to cook, remove food and place marinade in saucepan.
  4. Cook marinade on medium heat until thickened.
  5. Baste food with sauce while grilling.
