Dungeness Crab Toasts

  1. In a mixing bowl combine the crab, scallions and mayonnaise.
  2. Season to taste with salt, cayenne and lemon juice.
  3. Toast the bread slices and spread with the crab mixture.
  4. Garnish with a small sprig of chervil and serve immediately.
