Avocado and Taro Root Seasoned with Sesame and Miso

  1. Rinse the dirt of the taro roots, wrap in plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
  2. Unwrap, peel off the skins (be careful not to burn yourself), and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Chop the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  5. Add the cooled taro root and avocado to the seasonings and coat evenly.
