Avocado and Taro Root Seasoned with Sesame and Miso
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Taro root
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon Miso
- 1 tsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sake
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Ground sesame seeds
- Rinse the dirt of the taro roots, wrap in plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.
- Unwrap, peel off the skins (be careful not to burn yourself), and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the avocado into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Add the cooled taro root and avocado to the seasonings and coat evenly.
