Agar Cheese^ Recipe

  1. Lightly boil water and agar flakes for 3 min.
  2. Stir occasionally.
  3. Blend till smooth remaining ingredients.
  4. Stir all ingredients together.
  5. Chill.
  6. This cheese can be sliced.
  7. When warmed it gives a slight melting effect.
  8. Good for GRILLED CHEESE.
  9. Note: Ingredients in capital letters refer to either another recipe or possibly a cooking method that can be found elsewhere in the series.
  10. Unfamiliar ingredients can be found in most large grocery stores or possibly health food stores.
