Taffy Apple Pie Recipe

  1. Place 2 cans Eagle Brand lowfat milk unopened in boiling water, making sure both cans are covered totally over the top with water.
  2. Allow to boil for 3 hrs.
  3. Make sure you add in more water as it evaporates.
  4. Take out after 3 hrs and cold to touch.
  5. Then place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Cut up apples but do not peel, just core.
  7. Place in pie shell and put evaporated lowfat milk over.
  8. Add in minced peanuts on top.
