Beef And Pasta Bake Recipe

• 100 gm spiral pasta
• 2 Tbsp. oil
• 1 x lge onion, minced
• 2 x rashers bacon, minced
• 1 tsp garlic
• 300 gm mushrooms, sliced
• 500 gm mince
• 440 gm tomato soup
• 1/4 c. tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1 c. grated cheese

1. Cook pasta, drain.
2. Heat oil, add in onion, bacon & garlic.
3. Cook till onion is soft, add in mushrooms & cook further 2-3 mins.
4. Add in mince, brown.
5. Stir in tomato soup, tomato paste & oregano.
6. Cover & simmer 10 mins.
7. Add in pasta & mix well.
8. Spoon into baking dish, top with cheese & bake till cheese melts.
