Zucchini Dip
- 1 cup zucchini, shredded
- 1/4 cup unflavored yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt
- Place zucchini in strainer.
- Press out excess moisture.
- Mix with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and chill for 1 hour.
- Stir before serving.
- Serve fresh veggies as a dip.
