Frozen Coffee Crunch Dessert

  1. Add hot water to instant coffee in small cup; stir until dissolved.
  2. Place ice cream in medium bowl.
  3. Add coffee and chopped cookies; stir until well blended.
  4. Spoon into 9-inch springform pan.
  5. Freeze 4 hours, or until firm.
  6. Cut into 10 slices to serve.
  7. Garnish with Reddi-wip and cherries, if desired.
  8. Store leftover dessert in freezer.
