Crispy Waffles Recipe
- 2 Large eggs, separated
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Combine egg yolks, lowfat milk, oil, sugar and salt.
- Add in flour and baking pwdr.
- Blend smooth.
- Beat egg whites till stiff.
- Fold together whites and blended ingredients.
- Makes three 9 inch waffles.
