Sun-Dried Tomato Oregano Spread

  1. Place cream cheese in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
  2. Beat on low speed 2 minutes.
  3. Add milk, lemon juice and oregano; beat 1 minute.
  4. Add tomatoes; beat just until blended.
  5. Serve with bagels or assorted breads.
