Sun-Dried Tomato Oregano Spread
- 1 loaf PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese or PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, rehydrated, drained and chopped
- Place cream cheese in bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
- Beat on low speed 2 minutes.
- Add milk, lemon juice and oregano; beat 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes; beat just until blended.
- Serve with bagels or assorted breads.
