Turkey Nicoise Sandwich
- 3-3/4 gal. mixed salad greens
- 3 qt. tomatoes, quartered, sliced
- 3 qt. green beans, trimmed, blanched and cooled
- 1-1/2 qt. red onions, thinly sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. pitted black olives, well drained
- 1 gal. potato chips
- - cooked turkey breasts, julienned
- 16 each baguettes, cut into 6-inch lengths, split
- Toss greens with onions, tomatoes, beans, olives, chips and turkey in large bowl.
- For each serving: Spread cut side of 1 baguette section with 1 Tbsp.
- of the Peppercorn Asiago Spread.
- Fill with 1-3/4 cups of the salad mixture.
