Mandarin Chicken

  1. Sprinkle breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat corn oil in frypan over medium heat.
  3. Place chicken in pan, skin side down; saute until golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix together orange juice, soy sauce and flour until smooth.
  5. Stir in pineapple, onion salt, Accent, mustard, vinegar and garlic powder.
  6. Place browned chicken in large, shallow baking dish; pour sauce over chicken.
  7. Cover; bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour, basting occasionally.
  8. Add orange segments and green pepper; continue baking 5 minutes, or until chicken is done.
  9. Serve sauce over rice.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
