Beans N Weiner Biscuit Casserole Recipe
- 1 pound wieners
- 16 ounce. can pork-n-beans
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. minced onions (optional)
- 3 tbsp. brown sugar
- 7 1/2 ounce. can refrigerated biscuits
- 4 ounce. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- In medium saucepan combine 1 lb.
- sliced wieners, 1 (16 oz) can pork-n-beans, 1/2 c. ketchup, 1/2 c. minced onion (optional) and 3 Tbsp.
- brown sugar.
- Bring to a boil and simmer 5 min.
- Spoon warm bean mix into ungreased 8 or possibly 9 inch square pan.
- Separate 1 can biscuit dough into 10 biscuits; arrange over bean mix.
- Sprinkle with 1 c. (4 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 min or possibly till biscuits are golden and no longer doughy.
- Makes 6 servings.
