Light Poppy Seed Loaf
- 34 cup Splenda granular
- 14 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 14 cup vinegar
- 14 cup applesauce
- 2 egg whites
- 1 14 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- Preheat to 350F, lightly grease 9 by 5 pan.
- Mix everything, pour, and bake 25 to 30 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
