Brown sugar game hens

• 2 Cornish game hens
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 3 tbsp course sea salt
• 1 olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Rub olive oil over both hens, liberally.
3. Combine brown sugar and salt.
4. Rub generously over both hens.
5. Bake birds on roasting pan for 45 minutes or internal temperature reaches 145.
6. Let birds rest for ten minutes.
7. Enjoy
