Grandma's Wild Rice And Sausage Stuffing Recipe

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile brown sausage (partially) in large skillet.
  3. Drain off all but about 2 tbsp.

  6. Saute/fry till celery is crispy tender.
  7. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
  8. In large bowl combine stuffing mix, rice mix, sausage mix, parsley and seasoning.
  9. Toss to combine.
  10. Use to stuff a 14-16 lb.
  11. turkey or possibly goose or possibly turn into 2 greased 1 1/2 qt casseroles.
  12. Bake at 325 degrees during last hour of roasting time.
