7 Up Strawberry Pie Recipe

• 1 c. 7-Up or possibly lemon-lime soda
• 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
• 1 x ready-made pie shell
• 11/2 ounce strawberry Jell-O mix (1/2 pkg.)
• 2 c. sliced strawberries
• 8 ounce whipped cream

1. Combine 7-Up or possibly lemon-lime soda, sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
2. Cook till thick.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add in Jell-O mix and stir well.
5. Arrange strawberries in bottom of pie crust.
6. Pour Jell-O mix over berries.
7. Top with whipped cream.
8. Chill till set.
