South of the Border Dip
- 8 ounces cottage cheese 1 cup
- 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese spread 1/4 cup, medium sharp processed, spread of your choice
- 3 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Combine cottage cheese, medium sharp processed cheese spread of your choice, chili sauce, and garlic salt.
- Mix all and blend well.
- Refrigerate in a container with cover.
- Makes 113 cups.
