Bacon and Egg Pie

  1. Crack 6 fresh eggs into pastry shell in a circle.
  2. Arrange onion rings over top.
  3. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese cubes.
  4. Place tomatoe slices on top.
  5. Place pastry top on pie.
  6. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
  7. Serve hot or cold.
