Parmesan-Crusted Shrimp Scampi with Pasta

  1. Preheat oven to broil (high).
  2. Add 1/4 cup melted butter and garlic to a skillet; saute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and begin cooking.
  4. Add white cooking wine and lemon juice.
  5. Continue cooking; add red pepper flakes and stir until well combined.
  6. In a bowl, add breadcrumbs, half of the Parmesan cheese, parsley, and remaining 1/4 cup melted butter; stir until well combined.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Add pasta (cooked according to package directions) to shrimp scampi.
  9. Toss until fully coated in sauce.
  10. Add remaining Parmesan cheese to scampi and pasta; toss well.
  11. Add bread crumb mixture to top of scampi and broil until golden brown.
  12. Serve immediately and enjoy!
