Chocolate Cauldron Cups

  1. Line muffin cups with foil cupcake liners.
  2. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter in bowl; mix well.
  3. Spoon 2 heaping tablespoons into each cupcake liner.
  4. Press onto bottom and up sides of liner to form cauldron cups.
  5. Combine milk, whipping cream, pudding mix, and food color in bowl.
  6. Beat at high speed 1 minute.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips.
  8. Spoon filling into muffin cups.
  9. Refrigerate at least 1 hour until set.
  10. Place 1 pretzel stick into each cauldron for stirring spoon.
