Best Peach Cobbler Recipe

  1. Slice peaches to cover 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and lemon juice.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Sift flour, baking pwdr, and salt.
  5. Alternately add in flour mix and 1/2 c. lowfat milk to creamed mix.
  6. Combine sugar and cornstarch.
  7. Sprinkle over top.
  8. Pour boiling water over top of all.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
