Best Peach Cobbler Recipe
- Canned or possibly fresh peaches (8 or possibly 9)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Slice peaches to cover 9-inch pie pan.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and lemon juice.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Sift flour, baking pwdr, and salt.
- Alternately add in flour mix and 1/2 c. lowfat milk to creamed mix.
- Combine sugar and cornstarch.
- Sprinkle over top.
- Pour boiling water over top of all.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
