Cappuccino Truffles
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons brandy flavouring
- 7 ounces marshmallow cream
- 3 cups chocolate wafers crushed
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 x coconut to coat
- Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavorings.
- Gradually add to marshmallow creme with mixer.
- Add crumbs, pecans and peel.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Roll half of balls in combined cocoa and confectioner's sugar.
- Roll remaining balls in coconut.
