Tater Tot Casserole
- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of celery soup (i use the fat free kind) or 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (i use the fat free kind)
- 14 cup nonfat milk
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 12 cup frozen corn
- handful of chopped onion (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (2 lb) bag tater tots
- 1 -1 12 cup shredded cheese
- brown the meat & drain excess fat.
- in a bowl mis the soup, milk, vegetables, salt & pepper.
- add in the meat and mix well.
- spread evenly in a 8x11 pan.
- top with tater tots.
- bake at 350 for 22-25mins (depends on your oven).
- take out and cover with shredded cheese.
- return to oven until cheese is nicely melted.
