Healthy Hollandaise Recipe
- 1/3 c. nonfat yogurt
- 3 tbsp. thawed egg substitute
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Healthy pinch of cayenne
- Mix 1/3 c. non-fat yogurt, 3 Tbsp.
- egg substitute, 1 Tbsp.
- lemon juice and healthy pinch of cayenne.
- Serve over poached chicken or possibly warm microwaved vegetables (such as asparagus).
- Saute/fry Figaro: into above, mix in 2 tbsp.
- of tomato sauce.
- Serve over chilled strips of lean beef or possibly dipping sauce for shell fish.
