Healthy Hollandaise Recipe

  1. Mix 1/3 c. non-fat yogurt, 3 Tbsp.
  2. egg substitute, 1 Tbsp.
  3. lemon juice and healthy pinch of cayenne.
  4. Serve over poached chicken or possibly warm microwaved vegetables (such as asparagus).
  5. Saute/fry Figaro: into above, mix in 2 tbsp.
  6. of tomato sauce.
  7. Serve over chilled strips of lean beef or possibly dipping sauce for shell fish.
