Slow Cooker Kielbasa Soup with Kale and White Beans
- 1 Large Onion, Diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 2 cans (15 1/2 Oz. Size) Cannellini Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 pound Polish Kielbasa Links, Sliced Into Bite-sized Rounds
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 5 cups Chopped Kale
- 6 cups Chicken Stock
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Place all of the ingredients (except salt and pepper) in the bowl of your slow cooker.
- Stir to combine.
- It will appear as if there is too much kale in the bowl.
- As it cooks, the kale will wilt into the soup.
- Put the lid on and cook on low for 7 hours.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
