Round Steak In Crock Pot Recipe

• 2 lbs. round steak, floured & browned
• 1 can tomato sauce
• 1/2 c. water

1. On a large platter combine flour, salt, pepper and any other seasonings you might like.
2. Roll the roast in the seasoned flour, making sure all sides are covered.
3. In a large pot, heat a small amount of oil and brown the roast on all sides.
4. Place meat in crock pot and add in the tomato soup and water.
5. Cook for 5 hrs on low.
