Don Gorgon
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces aged Cachaca
- 1/2 ounce Aperol
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
- 1 ounce chilled club soda
- 1 cinnamon stick and 1 lime wedge, for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the cachaca, Aperol, lime juice and Rich Simple Syrup; shake well.
- Strain into an ice-filled collins glass, stir in the club soda and garnish with the cinnamon and lime.
