Grilled Halibut With Grapefruit Oregano Relish

  1. MARINADE; In a shallow glass dish, whisk together Dijon mustard, grapefruit juice, olive oil, oregano and pepper; add halibut, turning to coat.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. RELISH: In a smal bowl, whisk together old-style mustard, chopped grapefruit sections, olive oil, honey, oregano and pepper.
  4. Cover and refrigerate.
  5. Preheat grill or broiler to high.
  6. Grill halibut for about 4 minutes per side or until done.
  7. Transfer grilled halibut to serving platter.
  8. Spoon relish on top of halibut.
