Easy Cannoli Layered Dessert
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 container (15 oz.) POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. orange zest King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 1/4 cup chopped candied fruit
- 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 3-1/4 cups cold milk
- 1/2 tsp. orange extract
- 1/2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, finely chopped
- Mix graham crumbs, granulated sugar and butter in 13x9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Whisk ricotta, powdered sugar and orange zest in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in 1-1/4 cups COOL WHIP and dried fruit; spread over crust.
- Beat pudding mixes, 3-1/4 cups milk and extract in bowl with whisk 2 min.
- ; pour over cream cheese layer.
- Let stand 5 min.
- or until thickened; cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
- Top with grated chocolate.
- Refrigerate 4 hours.
