Healthy Yogurt Avocado Dip
- 3/4 cups Plain Fat-free Greek Yogurt
- 3 whole Large Avocados
- 1/2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro
- 1 whole Chopped Seeded Jalapeno Pepper
- 2 whole Limes, Juiced
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cumin
- 1.
- Mix yogurt, avocados, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, and cumin into bowl or food processor.
- Either mix by hand or use a food processor.

- Serve with your choice of chips, veggies or use as dressing for a wrap.
