Greek Souvlaki Meatballs

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix meat, yellow onions, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup dressing just until blended; shape into 12 (2-inch) meatballs.
  3. Place on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Bake 20 min.
  5. or until done (160 degrees F).
  6. Cut tops off pita breads; discard or reserve for another use.
  7. Fill breads with meatballs, tomatoes, red onions and olives.
  8. Drizzle with remaining dressing.
