Stewed chicken in tomatoes

  1. Preheat oven 425 Fahrenheit
  2. To a deep oven proof pan, add chicken thighs.
  3. Add half the salt and all the spices to top of thighs.
  4. .
  5. Mix the cheese, crushed tomatoes, rest of salt, and diced tomatoes.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add the tomato, cheese mixture to top of thighs.
  8. Add onions to top of tomato mixture.
  9. Then add shredded cheese on top of the entire mixture.
  10. Bake one hour.
  11. Let rest 5 minutes.
  12. Serve hope you enjoy!
