Jasmine Sour Martini

  1. Steep the jasmine flowers in the syrup until very fragrant.
  2. Allow to cool.
  3. In a shaker filled with ice, combine 1 part lemon juice, 2 parts jasmine syrup and 3 parts vodka.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  6. Garnish with a jasmine flower.
