Shepards pie
- 1 1/4 lb ground beef or venison
- 1 can corn
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope Lipton beefy onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 envelope instant potatoes. .. homemade preferred but for tonight....instant
- Pre heat oven to 350
- Brown meat and drain grease
- Make instant taters ....or real mashed potatoes
- In a casserole dish..Season meat and add beefy onion soup mix,corn and cream of mushroom soup and mix it up real good.
- Cover with mashed taters
- Cook uncovered for 20 minutes
- Top with chives and cheese and cook til cheese is melted
