Best Fried Chicken

  1. Whisk together eggs and milk.
  2. In seperate bowl mix flour, dressing mix and bouillon.
  3. Dip chicken in egg wash then dredge in flour mixture.
  4. Dip then dredge a second time.
  5. Heat oil enough to very lightly brown on both sides.
  6. Reduce heat and cook through, turning frequently.
  7. NOTE: Tends to over brown, be very careful to keep frying temp low.
