Penne a La Vodka
- 4 slices pancetta (cut thick)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes (crushed)
- salt
- pepper
- basil
- 4 ounces vodka
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 lb penne
- 13 cup parmesan cheese
- Cook onion with Pancetta Chop into tiny pieces.
- Add tomatoes, salt, pepper & basil.
- Cook for 15 minute Add Vodka cook another 25 minute Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Stir serve over Penne.
