Chicken Dumplings Recipe
- 1 cooked chicken
- Broth
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- Bisquick
- Cut up chicken and add in broth.
- Cold, remove fat.
- Heat to boiling, add in bouillon, beat egg and add in to lowfat milk.
- Add in sufficient Bisquick to make soft dough.
- Drop by Tbsp.
- on boiling broth.
- Cover and cook 15 min, uncover and cook slow till dough is done inside.
- Serve warm.
