Chicken Fillet Skewers
- 500 g chicken fillets
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon hot chili powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 teaspoons salt
- fresh lime juice
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 12 cup olive oil
- 12 cup white vinegar
- 12 cup red onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 spring onion
- bamboo skewer
- Skewer the chicklen fillets lengthwise and place in a shallow tray.
- Dice red onion, garlic cloves and spring onion.
- Mix with remaining ingredients in a medium bowl and pour over chicken.
- Marinate for at least 3 hours.
- Cook on a barbeque or grill.
