Cinnamon-Maple Coffee
- 1/2 cup Nabob Summit 100% Colombian Coffee
- 1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces
- 3 cups water
- 1 pkt. Sweet'N Low Low Calorie Sweetener
- 1/4 cup no-sugar-added pancake syrup
- 1-1/4 cups skim milk
- 4 dashes ground cinnamon
- Place coffee and cinnamon stick pieces in filter in brew basket of coffee maker.
- Add water to coffee maker; brew.
- When brewing is complete, stir in sweetener and syrup; pour into 4 mugs.
- Microwave milk in microwaveable measuring cup or bowl on HIGH 3-1/2 min.
- or just until steaming; pour 3/4 cup evenly into coffee in mugs.
- Pour remaining milk into blender; blend on high speed 1 min.
- or until foamy.
- Spoon over coffee in mugs.
- Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
