Honey Mustard Marinated Vegetables

  1. Boil water in large saucepan to cook green beans, carrots and cauliflower for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Rinse with cold water to cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix dressing, salt, and herbs.
  4. Add cooled veggies, red pepper strips, and mushrooms.
  5. Stir to coat, and chill an hour or so.
