Honey Mustard Marinated Vegetables
- 12 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 12 cups fresh baby carrots
- 1 12 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup fresh small button mushroom, whole
- 1 red pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 13 cup honey mustard dressing (fat free if you'd like)
- 14 teaspoon dried dill weed or 14 teaspoon basil
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Boil water in large saucepan to cook green beans, carrots and cauliflower for 3-4 minutes.
- Rinse with cold water to cool.
- In a bowl, mix dressing, salt, and herbs.
- Add cooled veggies, red pepper strips, and mushrooms.
- Stir to coat, and chill an hour or so.
