Church Windows

  1. Melt margarine and chocolate chips in large pan, stirring constantly.
  2. When melted, turn off heat and add marshmallows, nuts and 1/2 coconut.
  3. Stir until marshmallows are all coated with chocolate.
  4. Sprinkle other 1/2 of coconut on wax paper.
  5. Drop marshmallow mixture by large spoonfuls onto wax paper to form log.
  6. Roll up in wax paper, pressing firmly together.
  7. Freeze for 20 minutes.
  8. Unwrap and cut log into 1/2 inch slices.
  9. Rewrap and store in freezer.
  10. To serve, thaw.
